Learning material ''Needs Cards'' is a helpful tool at the beginning and at key points of any solution-based meeting. ir palīglīdzeklis  jebkuras uz risinājuma atrašanu balstītas tikšanās sākumā un tās atslēgas punktos.

''Needs cards'' are used to assist the meeting participants in finding what is important to them at that given moment and defining their needs which, if respected, can provide a safe environment which stimulates a positive communication experience. (Example: every participant of the meeting is asked to choose 3 cards that represent various needs that a person can have; they are invited to give a brief comment about why they chose those 3 cards - why do they find these 3 needs important. Let's imagine the cards were ''support'', ''encouragement'' and ''a sense of humor''. Other participants are asked to keep these answers in mind when forming the future communication with this person. As a result, the meeting includes all it's participants and provides an equal opportunity to share what is important to them). One of the most important aspects : when one person is talking others are encouraged to listen.
